Sires

Sire Wulfs Waldo

WULFS WALDO

Mandayen obtained the Australian semen and marketing rights on this exciting sire prospect after he was the high selling lot at $23,000 in the 2010 Wulf’s Opportunity Sale. WALDO is a dark red, scurred son of Wulfs Titus who displays great muscling, structural soundness and high performance. We have used this young sire in our 2010 spring joining and his first calves have come easily, are cosmetically very pleasing and are displaying explosive growth and muscle.

Guardian A488 - Sire

MANDAYEN GUARDIAN A488

Second high selling lot in our 2007 production sale. A red, polled bull combining great calving ease with growth, fertility and carcase. GUARDIAN A488 has been used in our heifer joining program with great success, his maternal pedigree is arguably one of the finest in the Limousin breed. Two steers sired by A488 were members of the winning Borthwick Trophy team at the 2011 Royal Melbourne show. A sire with a tremendous future in both the stud and commercial sectors of the industry, semen is available through Semex Australia.
